It was an incredible scene in Paraguay on Friday as the national team bid farewell to the country before their participation in the World Cup.
Thousands of fans filled the streets to accompany the squad on their journey to the stadium, all proudly wearing the national team shirt.
Inside the stadium, every seat was taken, and a stunning mosaic displayed the message: “LA ALBIRROJA DE TODOS” (“The Red-and-White Team of Everyone”).
One nation united. One passion shared.
Everyone was living this beautiful madness together as the nation sent off the national team to North America before the World Cup.
Paraguay are in Group D alongside co-hosts the United States, Australia and Turkey at the Mundial.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup starts on June 11 and ends on July 19 with the tournament being co-hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada.
