Runners-up Argentina, reviewed $34 million after being dethroned as world champions.
Third place England, had $30 million with fourth placed France earning $28 million.
The quarterfinalists (5th–8th), all received $20 million each.
Teams that reached the Round of 16 (9th–16th), had $16 million each
Round of 32 (17th–32nd), had $12 million each with those that exited the tournament at the group stage (33rd–48th), had $10 million each.
The prize money at the next tournament in 2030, will definitely increase as world governing body FIFA, reaps in more revenue.
