President of Box Office Sports Promotions Alex Ntiamoah-Boakye says Sunday's event at the Laboma Beach Resort will be an epic one.
The syndicate together with RBS Promotions will stage a mega-fight night in Accra filled with some exciting bouts on the day.
Top of the bill will be the Ghana national light-heavyweight belt which will be put on the line by the reigning champion.
Jonathan Tetteh popularly known as 'Worldwide', will put his title on the line against Aziz Quartey who is also called 'The Punisher' in a contentious fray.
At the final presser of this month-watering bout held on Wednesday, Mr Ntiamoah-Boakye said the bout has become a community rivalry between the two boxers, and he expects the very best on the day.
This will be a platform for the two fighters to exhibit their skills as the battle for the title at stake.
Worldwide said he has no fears going into this battle and expects to retain his belt at the end of the contest.
Abdul Aziz Quartey disputes this, insisting that he will claim the belt on bout night.
He said: “Sunday will be his last day of seeing the title, I am taking it away from him.”
Both boxers have prepared well for this contest in one of the most anticipated bouts on the Ghanaian boxing scene.
Also on the bill on Sunday, Ghanaian sensation Seth Gyimah will face Jamiu Animashaunof Nigeria in a light-heavyweight contest over eight rounds.
Young prospect Alfred Lamptey will face off against veteran Maxwell Awuku in a lightweight fray over eight rounds.
