Seidu Mammoudu Baba of the Ghana Armed Forces stormed to a new national record after winning the 400m hurdles in Cape Coast last Saturday.
The serviceman, clocked 49.45s in the men’s 400m hurdles at the Cape Coast Open Championships in Cape Coast.
This was a sensational run over the barriers as Baba showed early season form ahead of the year ahead.
He will look to build on this performance going forward with more competitions ahead.
