Former Ghana champions Aduana FC will play fellow top-flight side Nations FC for a place in the MTN FA Cup final on Friday. The Fire Lads are looking to win the knock out competition for the first time, and, they have sounded that intention clear all season. This semi-final tie will be played at the Swedru Sports Stadium as the two sides look to book a place in the grand finale. On their way to this stage of the competition, Aduana FC eliminated among others defending champions Asante Kotoko along the line. This success, lifted their hopes of winning the trophy for the first time, and, they will look to press home that positive karma against Nations FC tomorrow. That, however, will not come easy against a Nations FC side that is also in search of a first ever knock out trophy. In head-to-head meetings between the two sides, it's evenly poised with both sides recording three wins each in all of their meetings. In their most recent outing played in the Ghana Premier League (GPL), Nations FC won 1-0 on January 18, 2026 and, they will feel positive on building on this. A place in the grand finale of the MTN FA Cup competition for this season I at stake on Friday with Nations FC looking to blush of Aduana FC on Friday.
