Ghana Premier League (GPL) side Accra Hearts of Oak will start pre-season on Wednesday ahead of the 2026/27 football season.
Players and new technical staff expected at Pobiman sports Complex on the said date as they begin preparations for the next campaign.
The club has informed all players that will form part of the team for the new campaign, as well as the new technical staff, to report to the Pobiman Training Complex between Monday and Tuesday.
Preseason training will then officially begin on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at the club’s facility at Pobiman in Accra.
The early gathering is expected to give the new technical team time to work with the squad, assess fitness levels, and begin preparations for another season.
Hearts of Oak are looking to mount a stronger challenge in the upcoming season after a mixed campaign last season.
The Phobians will use the weeks at Pobiman to build team chemistry, test new players, and put structures in place before competitive matches begin.
The Phobians will compete on two fronts next season in the GPL and the FA Cup competition where they will look for silverware in both.
