Cricket: Ghana set to host ICC Men's T20 World Cup Sub Regional Africa Qualifier B tourney next week

The stage is set for the hosting of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup sub  regional Africa qualifier B tournament at the Achimota Cricket Oval in Accra. 

Ghana is hosting  this six-day event in the capital and, it is expected to be an unforgettable tournament.

Six nations will be taking part in this tournament to be played between March 24 and 29, 2026.

The countries are hosts Ghana, Malawi, Tanzania, Eswatini, St Helena and Seychelles.

The teams will battle for regional supremacy and move a step closer towards qualifying to the next ICC T20 World Cup.

On Matchday One, Tanzania will play Malawi in the opening game to be followed by two more matches.

Eswatini will play St Helena before hosts Ghana, faces Seychelles to close the first day.

On Wednesday, March 25, St Helena will play Seychelles in the first game of the day before Eswatini faces Tanzania and Ghana plays Malawi.

On Matchday 3, on Friday, March 27, Ghana will play St Helena, Malawi will face Eswatini with Seychelles playing Tanzania.

The Matchday 4 action will see Tanzania playing St Helena, Seychelles will face Malawi with Ghana playing Eswatini.

The tournament will end on Sunday, March 29 with Seychelles playing Eswatini in the first game to be followed by Ghana and Tanzania with St Helena facing Malawi.
